Santiago was the Special Agent in Charge (SAC) of the New York Division of the FBI. He was Dominique DiPierro's superior officer and in charge of the investigation of the 5/9 hack. He was secretly also a Dark Army mole, as he hinders the FBI in the 5/9 investigation. He was played by Omar Metwally.
