Flipper is a tiny black dog who is owned by Elliot Alderson. She is played by a Cairn Terrier called Dusty.
Background
Flipper was first bought by Michael Hansen for 1200 dollars. When Elliot was trying to hack Michael he saw that Flipper was being abused by him. Once Elliot had all the information needed to blackmail Michael, he took Flipper from him.
