Hard Andy is Elliot Alderson's drug dealer.
He was portrayed by Christopher Halladay.
History[]
He is first seen when Elliot was buying morphine from him. But when he asks for the whole bag of morphine, Andy wants to know of how he and Elliot know each other. Elliot says that he wants a referral, but Andy wants him to take both his shirt and pants off, even though Elliot pat it down already. Andy wants to know if Elliot is working with the FBI, looking to resell his drugs for his neighborhood or else finds his life unbearable. He gets too close a bit to Elliot and telling him that he has a death wish, as well as calling him a cute boy.
