Isaac Vera is Fernando Vera's brother and a drug supplier.
He was portrayed by Rick Gonzalez.
History[]
He is first seen when he and Carol visit Fernando Vera in prison. Carol says to Vera that he will be facing years in prison for murder, with no chance of a plea bargain. It also has a strong case against Vera, starting with an anonymous tip, with lots of evidence that she shows him to. He had all of his business on his social media, even tweeted about the illegal stuff his gang took part of, with Isaac telling him that it would had saved his money, but Vera doesn't take any of this seriously, but agrees with Isaac. He looks through his collection of evidence and mentions that he has an idea. (“eps1.4_3xpl0its.wmv”)
He is seen again at the restaurant Elliot and Shayla are sitting next to. He then grabs Shayla out of the table and drags her out of the restaurant.
He, alongside Elliot and D.J arrive at Elliot's apartment. Elliot tells him about where Shayla is, but Isaac tells him to stop asking questions. They then go inside Elliot's room, with Elliot going to his laptop to hacked the prison system, while Issac and D.J are sitting at the couch. Elliot is curious about Isaac since he used a WiFi scanner tool, and finds a signal titled "Isaac's S5 phone".
Isaac then comes to slap Elliot at the head, and asks him on what's going on, but Elliot tells him that he has to go take the dog Flipper out for a walk.
Elliot begins to research, while Isaac and D.J watch over him and his sister Darlene. While this continues, the doorbell rings, which is Angela ringing the doorbell. Everyone except for Elliot ignores her, she keeps on calling out Elliot's name to let her in. Isaac has Elliot to talk to her and to get rid of her.
When Elliot returns from talking to Angela, he gets his laptop and puts it in his backpack, as he is ready to bust Vera out of prison. Elliot wants Darlene to stay, but Isaac doesn't allow him to as everybody else is going.
When Elliot gets back from talking to Vera, he says that he's ready to go, but Isaac wants to talk to Elliot at a private place.
Isaac and Elliot walk along the river, with Elliot explaining that he can let Vera be free, and if he doesn't want Vera to be free, he can kill his operations. Isaac points a gun at him, he is anxious while Elliot is understanding and calm: Isaac doesn't want Vera to be free, he wants him to be dead, tonight, and the first thing Vera will do is to kill Isaac. Isaac begins to worry and puts his gun down. Elliot says that Vera is set in either ways, he has protection, and if Isaac doesn't let him free, Vera will have to kill Isaac. So Isaac's choice is to let Elliot get Vera out of prison, and Isaac can do whatever he wants. After Elliot is done explaining, Isaac puts his gun away and they go back to the car.
Elliot is hacking the prison system, while Isaac and D.J watch, and Darlene distracting the officer. After all of this, the hack is complete. Isaac, Elliot and D.J then get ready for the breakout tonight.
Isaac, alongside Elliot and D.J are outside of the fence, waiting for the breakout. Isaac pulls out his gun and tells D.J incase one of the prisoners tries to rush towards them. The lights, noises and alarm goes off. The lights then come back on, and the prisoners are seen boiling out from the buildings, with one of them heading to the fence and climbs out of it. It's Vera who walks up to them.
Vera says that this is what he needs. He then tells D.J to "shoot the cocksucker", and D.J shoots Isaac, who falls to the ground dead. After this, a car stops next to them. Vera and D.J get inside, but Elliot tells him about Shayla, to which Vera tosses the keys to him and tells him that she was with you the whole time. As Vera and D.J drove off, Elliot opens the trunk and finds Shayla's dead body. He then runs away, leaving both Shayla and Isaac's bodies behind. (“eps1.5_br4ve-trave1er.asf”)
