Sharon Knowles is the wife of Scott Knowles who is the newly appointed Chief Technology Officer of E Corp, replacing Terry Colby. He takes the position when Colby is implicated in the DDoS attack, much to the resentment of Tyrell Wellick, who believes he is Colby's heir apparent. She is first seen meeting with Price the day he cancels Tyrell's appointment.
Tyrell and Joanna have dinner with them in an attempt to find their weaknesses. Tyrell deduces that Sharon is bored, and gets her to spread her legs for him in the bathroom. (“eps1.4_3xpl0its.wmv”)
It is later revealed that she already told Scott about it, thus faltering Tyrell's plan. (“eps1.5_br4ve-trave1er.asf”)
Tyrell, at a party celebrating Knowles's promotion, seduces Sharon onto an isolated rooftop and strangles her to death.
